Zoom Choir Practice Friday evenings – if anyone is interested in joining the choir, please speak to Ben.

Unfortunately, due to the difficult circumstances, we will not be collecting Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes this year. Please see below:

Good News. Great Joy!You can still help share God's love with children around the world even if you don’t have time to shop for and pack an Operation Christmas Child shoebox gift or because the pandemic restrictions won`t allow you to. With a few clicks of your mouse or swipes on your touchscreen, you can build a shoebox online. Just follow the instructions you are given and make it your own by choosing from a list of gifts, then add a personal letter and photo which children will treasure.

We'll pack your shoebox and send it for you for just £15 + £5 project donation per box. Each shoebox gift built online is a heartfelt expression of God's love to children in need. www.shoeboxonline.org.uk

Christmas Cards

We are aware that members of the congregation like to post personal Christmas cards in the pigeon holes at the back of church. Unfortunately, due to the current covid-19 situation, the pigeon holes are not in use this year.

If you wish to send cards to your friends, please put their full name on a stamped envelope and post them in the church office post box, outside the office. We will address the envelopes for you and post them. We are unable to give out addresses for Data Protection purposes. Unfortunately, any envelopes without a stamp will not be posted.

There will be a board in the church porch which can be used to post season’s greetings to the congregation in general.
Thank you for your help.

PRAYER DIARY

December 2020

Come still the heart O Lord, of all in our schools

Calm their nerves and focus their minds

Father, we lay before you everything that is studied

May they channel all they have learnt into their lives for the good of all

Please give them faith to believe they can do all things in your strength

Grant the peace of this season so that all can know that all can be well

Thank you that you are with all our staff and pupils

Thank you that your friendship is eternal

Amen

A child’s prayer for their school at Christmas
