The Well Foodbank Particularly needed right now are tinned vegetables of all kinds, especially tinned potatoes, tinned fruit, rice pudding, any other tinned puddings, rice and pasta sachets, toiletries, large size nappies. Other tinned or dried items also welcome. PLEASE AVOID out-of-date items, opened packets & fresh foods, as these cannot be used. If you would like to help please add your donation to the trolley at the back of church and it will rapidly find its way to someone in need.

Shoe Box Appeal St. Bart’s is supporting ‘Operation Christmas Child’ again this year – sending gifts abroad to children who would otherwise receive nothing for Christmas. If you wish to create a ‘shoe box’, please bring it to the Parish Office by Monday 21st November.
ADVENT ART, DECEMBER 10TH 11.30AM – 5.00PM IN THE OAK ROOM A day for biblically inspired art (no talent required!) involving demonstrations, lunch, resources and a passage of scripture. All resources and refreshments provided. Suggested minimal donation £5. If interested or want to know more please speak to Rev’d Alison.
School Admissions for St Peter’s Collegiate School 2023
If you are considering St Peter’s Collegiate School for your child for admission in September 2023 you will need to:-
1 Complete a Supporting Evidence Form.
2 Personal Statement, pattern of worship/length of time attached to St Bart’s etc.
3 A telephone number to contact you.
Without all of this information we can’t complete and sign the form.
Closing date for St Peter’s – Monday 5th December.
Applications for St Bartholomew’s Primary School for 2023 Admission
If you are looking for the church to support your application for a schools place you will need to:-
1 Download the Supplementary Information Form from school website.
2 Complete Section 1.
3 Pass the whole form to us, and include a potted history of your worship at St Bart’s.
4 Let us have telephone number where we can contact you to either discuss more, or tell you when the form has been completed.
The forms will be dealt with as they come in. Thank You.

CHRISTMAS FAYRE DONATIONS
We always welcome donations towards the Christmas Fayre. Please put all donations into small bags or boxes clearly marked ‘Christmas Fayre’ and leave them under the large table in the Oak Room Foyer. Thank you for your contributions.
DONATIONS OF BOXED CAKES, SWEETS, FOOD ITEMS OR ALCOHOL
Please could these be dropped off at the Parish Office until 25th November – Monday to Friday between 10am and 12noon only, or left outside the office door any other time up to 6pm in sealed boxes clearly marked ‘Donna’. (Please do not write on the boxes what is in them). During the weekends please pass your donations directly to the Church Wardens.
Could all donations of fresh cakes and mince pies please be delivered on Friday the 25th November from 12 noon or early on the fayre day - Saturday 26th November. Thank you.
EVERYDAY WITNESS, a journey of sharing faith. This new C of E course will run for 10 weeks with a break for half term and Ash Wednesday. Venue - Lady Chapel starting Wednesday 11th January 7pm - 8 30pm. Cost - approximately £5 for reflective journal. There are activities for large groups inc. congregations, small groups and individual bible reading notes. We are all called and sent as witnesses of Jesus. “Everyday witness takes this as truth and then sets us on our way in living it” Archbishop Justin Welby. Painting In Penn will commence its next intake for new budding water colour artists on Tuesday 10th January 2023 at 2pm and Wednesday 11th January at 2pm.
